This Privacy Policy explains how lsbroker (ABN 41 639 510 740) ("lsbroker", "we", "us") collects, uses, discloses and protects personal information through the lsbroker website and platform at lsbroker.com.au (the "Platform"). We handle personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

There are two kinds of people whose information we handle: Subscribers (mortgage brokers who hold an account) and End Users (members of the public who use a broker's embedded calculator). For End User enquiry data, the broker is the party with the direct relationship — we process that information on the broker's behalf to deliver the service.

1.Information we collect

Subscribers	Name, business name, email, phone, account and branding settings, and configured rates/fees. Billing is handled by Stripe; we receive limited payment metadata but do not store full card numbers.
End Users (leads)	Information they choose to submit through a broker's calculator — typically name, email, phone, and the figures they entered (e.g. income, loan amount, property value).
Automatically	Usage events (calculator views, calculations, enquiry interactions), and basic technical data such as approximate device/browser information needed to operate and secure the Platform.

2.How we collect it

We collect information directly from you when you create an account or contact us, from End Users when they use a calculator, and automatically as you and your End Users interact with the Platform. We do not buy personal information or use third-party advertising trackers.

3.How we use it

To provide, operate and improve the Platform and Calculators.
To deliver enquiries to the relevant Subscriber by email and (if connected) to their spreadsheet.
To process subscriptions and payments, and to provide support.
To produce usage analytics for the relevant Subscriber.
To maintain security, prevent misuse, and meet legal obligations.

4.Disclosure and service providers

We disclose enquiry information to the relevant Subscriber (the broker whose calculator was used). We also use trusted service providers ("sub-processors") to run the Platform:

We may also disclose information where required by law, to protect our rights or safety, or in connection with a sale or restructure of our business. We do not sell personal information.

5.Overseas disclosure

We host primary data in Australia where possible. However, some service providers listed above may store or process information overseas (including in the United States). By using the Platform you acknowledge this. We take reasonable steps to ensure such providers handle information consistently with the APPs.

6.Cookies and analytics

The Platform uses only the storage and first-party analytics needed to operate the calculators and report usage to Subscribers (for example, recording that a calculator was viewed or used). We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

7.Data security

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, including encryption in transit, access controls and reputable infrastructure providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8.Data retention

We retain Subscriber account information while the account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards. We retain End User enquiry data on behalf of the relevant Subscriber for as long as needed to provide the service or as the Subscriber requires, after which it may be deleted or de-identified, subject to any legal retention obligations.

9.Your rights

You may request access to, or correction of, the personal information we hold about you. End Users: because enquiry data is held on behalf of the broker you contacted, please direct access, correction or deletion requests to that broker in the first instance; you may also contact us and we will assist or refer your request appropriately.

10.Complaints

If you believe we have mishandled your personal information, contact us at admin@lsbroker.com.au and we will investigate. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.

11.Children

The Platform is a set of financial tools intended for businesses and adults. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

12.Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above shows when it was last revised; material changes will be notified by email or in the dashboard.
