This disclaimer applies to the lsbroker website and to all calculators and tools provided through it (the "Calculators"). Please read it alongside our Terms of Service.

1.General information only

The content and Calculators provided through lsbroker are for general information and illustration only. They do not constitute financial, credit, tax, legal or investment advice, and do not take into account your objectives, financial situation or needs. Nothing on the site is a recommendation to enter into any particular credit product or financial arrangement.

2.Estimates and assumptions

Results are estimates based on the information entered and on general assumptions — which may include indicative interest rates, serviceability buffers, Household Expenditure Measure (HEM) living-expense benchmarks, and published tax rates for a given year. These assumptions may not reflect current rates, a particular lender's policy, or your individual circumstances. Actual figures — including borrowing capacity, repayments, costs and timeframes — will differ following a full assessment.

3.No loan offer or guarantee

A Calculator result is not a loan offer, a pre-approval, or an assurance that finance will be available or approved on any particular terms. Lending is always subject to a lender's full assessment, credit policy and eligibility criteria.

5.Figures set by your broker

Where a Calculator is embedded on or accessed through a broker's website, certain inputs (for example interest rates and fees) may be configured by that broker. lsbroker is not responsible for figures set by a broker, or for any advice, representation or service provided by a broker to their clients.

6.Our role

lsbroker provides software tools. It is not a credit provider, credit assistance provider, or financial adviser, and does not provide credit or financial advice. Using a Calculator does not create an advisory or professional relationship between you and lsbroker.

7.Accuracy and availability

We take reasonable care to keep the Calculators and information accurate and up to date, but we do not warrant that they are complete, current or error-free, and we may update or change them at any time. To the maximum extent permitted by law, and subject to rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, lsbroker is not liable for any loss arising from reliance on the Calculators or any information on the site.
