Getting started

What’s the fastest way to go live?

Three steps, about 5 minutes:

  1. Brand your calculators — add your logo and colour in Branding.
  2. Grab the embed code from the Calculators page.
  3. Paste it on your site (or share the link) and the leads land in your dashboard.

Do I need to be technical?

No. Copy the embed snippet and paste it where you want the calculator — or just share the direct link. No code knowledge needed.

Branding

How do I add my logo and colours?

Go to Settings → Branding, upload your logo (or paste a URL) and pick your brand colour. Your calculators update to match.

I changed my branding but the calculator looks the same.

Branding applies the next time a client loads your calculator. Refresh the calculator page (or your embed) to see the change.

Embedding

Where do I get the embed code?

On the Calculators page, each calculator has a “Copy embed code” button. Paste the snippet into your website’s HTML where you want it to appear.

Can I just share a link instead?

Yes — every calculator has a shareable link you can put in emails, socials or a “Tools” page. Leads still flow to your dashboard.

How many calculators can I use?

Professional and Team unlock all of them with no limit. Starter lets you keep any three live at a time — switch which three whenever you like.

How do I explain the Portfolio offset numbers to a client?

We’ve written a plain-English guide to every figure the Portfolio calculator shows — effective payoff, interest saved, the offset-redirect benefit — with the exact line to say to a client and how each figure is worked out. It’s print-friendly, so you can save it as a PDF or hand it over.

Leads

Where do my leads go?

Into your Leads page in the dashboard, and an email notification to your notification address (set it in Settings → Profile). New leads also pop up in the dashboard in real time.

I’m not getting lead emails.

Check your notification email in Settings and look in spam. Your leads are always safe in the dashboard even if an email is missed.

Can I export my leads?

Yes — use the Export button on the Leads page to download a CSV for your CRM.

Billing & trial

How does the free trial work?

You get 30 days free. Your card is on file but isn’t charged until the trial ends — you can cancel anytime before then and won’t be billed.

How do I update my card, invoices or cancel?

Open Settings → Plan & billing → Manage billing. That’s your secure Stripe portal for your card, invoices and cancellation.

What happens to my leads if I cancel?

Your existing leads stay in your dashboard. Your calculators stop capturing new leads, and everything switches back on if you reactivate.

Account & security

I forgot my password.

On the sign-in screen, click “Forgot your password?”, enter your email, and follow the reset link we send you.

I lost my authenticator / can’t do 2FA.

On the 2FA screen, choose “Use a recovery code” and enter one of the backup codes you saved when you set up 2FA. It’ll let you set up a new authenticator. Don’t have your codes? Email us and we’ll help you back in.

How do I change my login email or password?

Settings → Security — update your password, or change your login email (you’ll confirm the new address by email).

How do I delete my account?

Settings → Security → Delete account. This permanently removes your account, leads and settings, and cancels your subscription. Team owners need to sort team membership first.
